ARTIST NOTE:
It is an original photo, embellished with natural and recycled materials only. The only new materials are the photo and frame. Recycled materials are wood backboard from a vintage shipping crate, fabric covering from an old curtain, shotgun shell, wood, rock and California buckwheat from the desert; river rock flooring, wood dove, chile peppers and copper wire from a thrift store. Plant-based materials have been preserved in polyurethane.
