In 2020 the hunt for the mysterious Yucca Man is happening on Halloween. Over many, many years the Yucca Man has been sighted all over the Morongo Basin. So far, no true scientific evidence could be produced, showing that Yucca Man is real! This year the Hi-Desert Nature Museum and the Town of Yucca Valley Recreation Division will be having a Halloween hunt for the Yucca Man from 10 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. A mix between an escape room and a treasure hunt, you can be part of this fun and exciting adventure by signing up for a time slot down below.
The adventure begins with a “survival e-mail” to prepare you for what is to come. On Halloween day your family will receive its first clue via e-mail, then load up your vehicle and join the search.
Early registration is required – limited participation per time slot. This activity will be contact-less and conducted from your car. The whole adventure should last about 45 minutes and does involve driving through town.
