This two-hour workshop introduces participants to intaglio printmaking using recycled Tetrapak cartons as printing plates. Participants will learn how to create textures and imagery by cutting, peeling, and incising the Tetrapak surface to create a printing plate.
The workshop will cover basic intaglio techniques, including inking, wiping, and printing the plate using an etching press to produce rich, textured prints. This hands-on session emphasizes experimentation, sustainability, and the creative possibilities of using everyday materials in printmaking.
Space is limited, and registration is required.
